DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
THE MEDICINE WOMAN CANNABIS DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver cannabis and non-cannabis products via our private delivery courier. The minimum order is $50 + a $5 delivery fee.
Our delivery service is based out of our Bellflower store location: 9058 Rose St. Bellflower, CA 90706. We run daily deliveries to addresses within a 15 mile radius and scheduled deliveries to Orange County including Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach and Dana Point and San Clemente. Deliveries are delivered the same day the order was placed during business hours stated on our website. Deliveries within the 15 mile radius have a 30-60 minute wait time depending on your location. For a rush delivery or scheduled time delivery, it is best to call our store and speak to our dispatch team so they can assist you and make sure your order criteria is met: 1-855-TMW-MEDS (869-6337).
Deliveries can be placed online on The Medicine Woman website and Weedmaps. Both sites will take you to a full menu with everything the Medicine Woman carries. We accept cash and credit card for delivery orders. If you would like to pay for your order via credit card, please place your order online then call our store to have the payment processed.
THE MEDICINE WOMAN MERCHANDISE SHIPPING POLICY
The Medicine Woman currently ships to nearly all states in the United States. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $7 for all merchandise orders.
All orders are processed within one business day. Orders are typically shipped next business day, so Friday through Sunday orders ship on Monday. Occasionally our small team will have a big volume day and orders get delayed one more business day but it is rare and we will reach out to affected customers.
The Medicine Woman is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or your order never arrived, please reach out to us at info@themedwoman.com and we will find a solution. Note, sometime this might be contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
EXCHANGE POLICY
THE MEDICINE WOMAN CANNABIS EXCHANGE POLICY
The Medicine Woman will exchange damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories up to 48 hours after purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, any damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories must be accompanied by the original receipt. All non-damaged cannabis product or cannabis-related accessories sales are final. The Medicine Woman will only accept exchanges at the Medicine Woman store from which the damaged or defective products were originally purchased. All exchanges shall be at the discretion of The Medicine Woman. Refunds are not permitted. THE MEDICINE WOMAN MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE POLICY
The Medicine Woman will accept unworn merchandise for exchange up to thirty (30) days days after purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, all merchandise must be in suitable condition for resale with original tags attached and must be accompanied by an original receipt. Sale items are final and may not be exchanged. The Medicine Woman will only accept exchanges of unworn merchandise at The Medicine Woman store from which the merchandise was originally purchased. All exchanges shall be at the discretion of The Medicine Woman. Refunds are not permitted.
To return a merchandise item that was purchased online, please email info@themedwoman.com and we will be happy to assist you. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Our standard policy is that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of original shipping may be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping items worth more than $50, please consider purchasing additional shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and do not take responsibility for shipments lost in transit.
